Set within The OWO in Whitehall, Westminster Residence is a private duplex apartment designed by Banda as a contemporary home shaped by heritage, craftsmanship and modern living.
Spanning 3,804 sq ft internally, with a further 1,765 sq ft of external terrace space, the residence is arranged across two floors. The design reverses the traditional London townhouse hierarchy, placing the principal living and entertaining spaces on the upper level to make the most of the terraces, light and views across the city. The lower floor forms a quieter private retreat, with the principal suite and guest bedrooms.
Throughout the apartment, vintage pieces, bespoke furniture, layered textiles and craft-led materials create a home that feels deeply connected to the history of the building, while remaining warm, personal and highly liveable.
